What is your refund process?

To process a refund request for faulty products, please provide supporting documents such as photos or videos that clearly show the fault or issue. These can be uploaded directly through your account under the Return Request section.

For general cancellations, please cancel online to proceed with your request.

Once we receive your documents, our team will review them within 2-6 business days. If your request is validated, the refund will be processed and should appear on the original form of payment within 5-15 business days.

Please note the following important points:

  • If you do not have access to the original payment method, we can offer a store credit as an alternative. However, refunds are typically processed to the original payment method only.
